While stuck in traffic one late January evening as my rage began to untethered knowing no bounds, a thought suddenly occurred to me.

It's absolutely ok to be selfish. Are your eyebrows raised? Good!

Hear me out.

Selfish wins.

In order for yourself to become your absolute best for others, you must be the best version of yourself. You simply cannot be your best self if your time and efforts aren't spent on improving your own well being, in addition to others.

Invest in yourself. Be selfish. You will not only thank yourself, but clients will thank you as well! Believe me, they will see a difference in not only your performance, but your overall attitude as well.
